欢迎使用「雨到了 · SpotCast」（下称「本应用」）。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用与保护与您相关的信息。 使用本应用即表示您了解并同意本政策。

1. 我们是谁

本应用提供局地短时降雨趋势、雷达云图、台风路径与气象预警等信息展示。 预报与部分数据由我们运营的服务端（当前为 spotcast-server.onrender.com ）及第三方公开气象数据源共同支持。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

• 位置信息：用于拉取您所在位置附近的预报、雷达、台风与预警。可使用系统定位，也可在地图上手动选点。行政区名称（省/市/区）可能用于筛选当地预警。
• 相机与天空照片：仅在您主动使用「天空识别」功能时，才会拍摄或选择照片并上传至服务端进行分析，以改进短时降雨判断。我们不会在后台偷偷拍照。
• 设备传感器摘要：例如气压变化、环境光变化等，可能作为预报证据参数发送到服务端（通常为布尔/数值特征，而非原始连续录音或完整传感器日志）。
• 您主动提交的反馈：例如「是否正在下雨」等问答或校正，连同位置一并用于改进模型与体验。
• 本地缓存：最近预报、偏好设置等可能保存在您设备上的本地存储中，以便离线或快速展示。
• 技术日志：服务端可能记录请求时间、接口路径、大致位置参数与错误信息，用于保障服务稳定与排障。我们不要求您注册账号，也不主动收集姓名、电话、邮箱等身份信息。

3. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供并改进临近降雨预报、雷达动画、台风与预警等功能；
• 在您授权后发送降雨提醒或官方气象预警相关通知；
• 进行匿名/聚合层面的模型校准与质量分析；
• 排查故障、防止滥用并保障服务安全。

4. 信息共享与第三方

为实现功能，本应用可能向下列第三方或服务发送必要请求（具体以实际调用为准）：

• SpotCast 自有服务端（预报、反馈、天空分析、台风/预警代理等）；
• 雷达与天气相关数据源（例如 RainViewer、Open-Meteo 等）；
• 气象预警或台风路径相关公开来源（例如中国天气网相关公开数据、JMA/NHC 等）；
• 逆地理编码服务（用于把坐标解析为可读地名）。

我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在为实现上述功能、遵守法律法规或保护用户与服务安全所必需时，才可能披露信息。

5. 权限说明

• 定位：用于局地预报与相关地图功能；
• 相机：仅用于您主动触发的天空识别；
• 网络：用于下载预报与气象数据；
• 通知：用于降雨提醒与预警通知（可在系统设置中关闭）。

您可在系统设置中随时撤销权限；部分功能在缺少权限时将不可用或需改用手选位置。

6. 数据保存与安全

设备本地数据由您控制（卸载应用通常会清除本地缓存）。服务端日志与反馈数据会在合理期限内保存，用于运维与改进，到期或不再必要时将删除或匿名化。 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但无法保证绝对安全。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不以 13 岁以下儿童为主要对象。若您认为我们误收集了儿童信息，请通过下方方式联系我们，我们将尽快处理。

8. 您的选择

• 拒绝定位或改用地图选点；
• 不使用相机/天空识别功能；
• 关闭通知；
• 卸载应用以停止继续收集。

9. 政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后会在本页面修订「最近更新」日期。重大变更时，我们将尽量通过应用内或其他合理方式提示。

This Privacy Policy describes how 雨到了 · SpotCast (package name: com.spotcast.nowcast, the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

The App provides hyperlocal short-term rain guidance, radar trends, typhoon tracks, and weather alerts. Features are supported by our backend (currently spotcast-server.onrender.com) and third-party public weather data sources.

2. Information we collect

• Location: to fetch nearby forecasts, radar, typhoon, and alerts. You may use GPS or pick a point on the map. Administrative area names may be used to filter local alerts.
• Camera / sky photos: only when you actively use sky analysis; photos may be uploaded to our server for analysis. We do not capture photos in the background.
• Sensor-derived signals: e.g. pressure/light change indicators may be sent as forecast evidence features.
• Voluntary feedback: e.g. whether it is raining now, used to improve quality.
• On-device cache: recent forecasts and preferences may be stored locally.
• Technical logs: request timing, endpoints, approximate location parameters, and errors for reliability. We do not require accounts and do not seek your name, phone, or email by default.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve forecasting and related weather features;
• Send rain or official-alert notifications if permitted;
• Perform aggregated/anonymous calibration and quality analysis;
• Debug issues, prevent abuse, and secure the service.

4. Sharing

Necessary requests may go to our backend and third-party weather/geocoding providers (such as RainViewer, Open-Meteo, public alert/typhoon sources, and reverse-geocoding services). We do not sell personal information.

5. Permissions

Location, Camera, Internet, and Notifications are used as described above and can be revoked in system settings.

6. Retention & security

Local data is generally removed when you uninstall the App. Server logs/feedback are retained only as needed for operations and improvement, then deleted or anonymized. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe we collected a child’s data in error.

8. Your choices

You may deny location, avoid camera features, disable notifications, or uninstall the App.

9. Updates

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
